About who needs care: Early riser. High fall risk. Can use a walker.. with help. Pleasant. Needs morning care. About the care needs: Has cerebellar ataxia. Vision, mobility, speech all affected. Just had hernia surgery. Is in rehab now. Coming home Saturday. Will have pt and ot. Wife is 81 and unable to take on all the care needed. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
