About the job
About who needs care: advancing Alzheimers and in past 1-2 weeks having difficulty sleeping, at times. Getting confused and no decreasing judgement for safety issues. Just recently, will obviously (and will say), I dont know what to do. About the care needs: Need someone who will make her feel safe and will be attentive as behavior and conversation can be unpredictable. She will need someone who has a quiet confidence. Who is strong, but is gentle.
