Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Charleston

About who needs care: Two Strokes in the past year and a half. She does not have the use of her right side, and does not have the ability to talk. She can say yes, no, and ok. She communicates through facebook messenger, but it doesn't always make sense. I am looking for someone to stop by a few times a week to help with her hygienic needs (bathing, clothes changing & grooming.) Possibly a little light housekeeping. She is able to use the restroom on her own. She has an electric chair to get around the apartment. My father lives there, but with his health, he is unable to help her with all of her needs. He does make her her meals, but that has been about it. About the care needs: I would like someone who is kind, and has a lot of patience. Her condition has left her a bit ornery. She went from doing everything on her own, to not being able to hardly anything at all. Which, for anyone would leave us a bit unhappy. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
