About the job

Aging father (83) needs care: had surgery on 11/24, was discharged evening of 11/26; Visiting nurse and PT coming to home, post-surg. each week. He is on the mend, but may be in need of assistance around home. Uses walker, stair lift, adjustable lift recliner, wears a medical alert necklace. He has unpredictable incontinence, can have trouble with balance, needs reminders to move and stretch, may need help with meal prep. About the care needs: Mother and I are traveling to a relative's wedding (12/11-12/14). We are concerned about his mobility, judgment, and ability to manage ADLs while we are gone. Services needed include: checking in, bathing /dressing (possibly), helping with light household tasks and mobility assistance around house.
