About who needs care: Mother has liver disease. Needs help with med reminders, personal care, and staying active. Hobbies and interests: watching TV, using ipad, talking to friends on her phone, napping. Day time help would help with personal care, someone to talk to, motivate her to get up and walk, remind to take meds 4 times per day. Night time: sleep and assist if needed during the night. About the care needs: Friendly, good sense of humor, my mom is very outgoing and loves people and kids. Med management, assisting with elder personal care. Crafts, like to cook or bake, puzzles. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
