About who needs care: 84-year-old mom who recently broke wrist and needs moderate help with daily living needs (bathroom, food preparation, etc). She is very unstable because of previous strokes so has to be closely monitored since she can't use her walker. She enjoys binging shows and reading. A typical day would look like the following: 9:00-11:30 a.m. bathroom, get in chair, take morning. pills, get coffee and breakfast, watch morning shows. 11:30-11:45 a.m. take mid morning pills, bathroom break, and PT exercises 11:45 am-5:00 p.m. take nap, watch tv, bathroom break About the care needs: Not a big talker, help organize some papers in late afternoon, laundry Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
