Caregiver Needed In New Castle For My 88-year Year Old Father In New Castle

Looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver for my 88-year-old father (to assist my 86-year-old mother if she is there, or help him solely (if she is not there) Meal prep required, help with toileting, looking after him and assisting with walking, etc. He uses a rollator. Possibly some light housekeeping, dishes or laundry, if needed. Not required, but would "prefer" someone that lives in New Castle or that is not too far away from New Castle. They are an adorable couple, just celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. Current caregiver/s are willing to coordinate an alternating Saturday/Sunday schedule. Also looking for someone that is willing to be a team player, flexible, who is willing to work together with the other caregivers to cover for each other so there aren't any gaps in the schedule.
