Companion Needed For Outings In Monroeville

Need a companion for outings. My cousin who is a paraplegic and soon to be 50 lives in assisted living and would like to get out once a month. The outing may be running errands, getting to/from an appointment, lunch, movie etc... He used to be able to do this with Access but with slight dementia we would rather he have someone with him. He can get in and out of an SUV with a little help swinging his legs in/out. SUV is a must with the wheelchair. It is very light. I live in Mass. He has no other family local. $100 visit plus expenses. He'll reimburse dinner, movie, pay some gas.
