About who needs care: My husband had a massive stroke on July 22 and is unable to move his left arm or hand. He also suffered brain damage so he has cognitive impairment. He does walk and he does some tasks for himself. I would need someone to help him do his exercise and spend some time with him and possibly take him to appointments. About the care needs: I am looking for someone to spend some time with my husband, so he is not home alone while I am at work. I would like someone to be able to work on his exercises with him. There would be no cooking involved. I would have his breakfast and lunch ready for him. It would be nice if occasionally they could go to a local mall to walk or just to get out of the house. My husband does not wear a diaper. He does not walk with any type of aid. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
