About who needs care: Sweet devout catholic lady with some memory issues. She should not cook fur herself anymore. Wheatfree/gluten free diet. Mom's delicate and fragile, but determined to stay in her home. I've been taking care of her , but need someone to step in so I can go home a couple of times a week. About the care needs: Kind, patient, catholic would help, but not necessary. Someone who can shine on her and make her feel safe and cared for. We had a verbally abusive aide recently that has traumatized her a little bit. She really is a sweetheart who needs a help with meals and light chores. And company to talk to because she gets lonely and scared to be alone easily. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
