About who needs care: I have an autistic female who needs someone to increase socialization and get her out into the community to participate in activities and new things. To help her with learning social cues and handling new experiences. We are looking for 12-4 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays About the care needs: Someone who is patient and willing to take things slowly until trust is built between them. Someone who has has worked with individuals with autism would be a plus. We need someone who has a valid driver's license and a vehicle in good condition who is willing to drive the individual into the community to participate in different activities. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
