I need a companion care provider experience for myself; in my 70s. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. I'll begin 3 days/wk --M, W, F. We'll start with 10:30a- 2 or 2:30p. Those times can be adjusted as needed. This is my first time doing this so I'm guessing on how much time I need, and when. The plan: arrive about 10:30a, and clean up kitchen/dishes from night before. Prepare coffee and small breakfast. After breakfast, assist me with therapy bands and leg exercises, then help me get on exercise bike for 20-30 min. During that time, check laundry, fold any clothes, light iron any pants and put on hangers and in my closet. Prep dinner that I will put in the oven later. Possible errand sometime, but that would not be a usual task.
