About who needs care: We are looking for a reliable and caring caregiver/companion part time for a 70-year-old woman who lives independently and needs support staying active and organized. We are looking for someone with a valid drivers license and reliable transportation and experience with adult care Responsibilities: Drive to medical and personal appointments Run errands (grocery shopping, pharmacy, etc.) Encourage and accompany her on daily walks and light exercise Provide companionship and gentle reminders preferred Patient, kind, and proactive Comfortable supporting someone to stay active and engaged About the care needs: Movement and encourage walking and light exercises is encouraged. Will need assistance at doctor appointments as she may experience mild memory/cognitive difficulty. Experience with this type of adult care would be a good fit. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
