Companion Care Needed For My Father In Exton

About the job

92-Year-old male, must assist him with transferring/moving (5'9", 118 lbs) using walker that converts to wheelchair. Companion must be able to prevent fall risk while moving him to bathroom, bedroom, and meals/medications. He has very limited vision, dementia, and type 1 diabetic. He has confusion that you have to manage through. He resides in Arbor Terrace in Exton, PA. No cooking or laundry. Full meals provided by facility, assist with microwave food, drinks, and snacks in-between. No medication management except helping AT staff with controlling low blood sugar at times. No bathing except wipe down if needed. Engaging and caring individual willing to treat my father with love and respect. This is not a 24 hour live in job. Will discuss hours/days available with interested candidates. Hours listed are tentative at this time.
