About who needs care: Recovering from a broken arm. She will need help managing meals, light dishwashing, help with toilet and bathing, and making sure she doesn't fall when she gets up in the night to use the restroom. About the care needs: They should be able to notify the medical advocate ( daughter and /or doctor) if something should happen or is unusual health wise. She is overall in good health but will not have use of her arm and has knee pain. The caregiver needs t be patient and kind and smart. Specialized skills would be Direct Support Person or EMT training. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
