We are seeking reliable and compassionate substitute caregivers to join a small care team providing 24-hour support to an elderly woman in a private home setting. This position is for as-needed, fill-in shifts during staff call-offs, vacations, or open scheduling gaps. Position Type: Hourly, as-needed, day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts available. Promotion to part-time or full-time hours as positions become available. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support with daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, etc. Ensure safety, comfort, and companionship throughout the shift. Experience working with individuals with dementia. Must pass a background check. Must have reliable transportation. 18 years of age or older. Hourly pay $12. 68
