About who needs care: My neighbor needs someone to help him at home with bathing dressing assistance getting him to chair and toileting . He had a stroke 7 months ago recently hospitalized then in rehab and he has declined since. Wants to go home but in order for that we need full time care . We need someone to order meals or prepare . About the care needs: He has vascular dementia from multiple strokes . He is depressed due to his declining health . Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
