About who needs care: Hello! We're looking for for a second in-home caretaker for my lovely mother who is living with ALS (diagnosed 2022). We have a primary person who has been working most days of the week and we want to avoid burnout. We're flexible on scheduling but mostly looking for someone on the weekends 10am-6 p.m. Someone who is okay with cats as well. Please give me a call when you have a moment so we can share further details thank you! About the care needs: Main priority is someone who is consistent with scheduling & communication. As my mom is unable to move on her own, having backup care is super important if the caretaker cannot make that day. Otherwise, we're looking for someone to help clean my mom daily, administer supplement/medication via a feed tube, and operate a Hoyer lift as need. We have someone happy to teach all of the above. My mom is an angel and super pleasant to work with. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
