About the job
About who needs care: Mom had a Total Hip Replacement following a fall and hip fracture. She went to rehab but was treated poorly so I brought her home. She currently has home health coming out. I need assistance with bathing her, changing sheets etc. Days are somewhat flexible. Hours need to be in mid morning together the day started. Hours may be more depending on how slowly she progresses. About the care needs: Good listener, quite, compassionate and encouraging, CNA and having assisted orthopedic patients with Total Hip Replacement precautions would be helpful. Mom likes to scrapbooking and gardening Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
