Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Stayton

My father is 82 and widowed as of 2023. We live an hour away and visit regularly, but we're looking for some additional senior care provider assistance. He lives alone and is generally pretty self-reliant, but he has slowed down significantly and doesn't like to drive anymore. Primarily we'd like someone to check on his well-being regularly and take him for walks at the park across the street and possibly provide some light balance and stability exercises. Additional responsibilities include occasional meal preparation depending on his needs, possibly small errands or shopping on occasion, and just general companionship and social interaction.
