About who needs care: Diane is in her late 70s and has stage four cancer. Unfortunately, the cancer has metastasized so she is in a lot of pain. She is taking narcotics and has some hospice support but it's not enough. She is entirely bed bound and not able to move herself - and when she is moved it is painful but she is tough. We live out of town so are looking for someone that can visit regularly, change her diaper, change the bedding, change her dressings for bed sores, and give her snacks. She isn't the chatty of ladies but likes someone who is soft and kind. She likes talking about her two sons and their wives who come to visit frequently. Services need: bedding change, diaper change, laundry, medication reminders, snacks, conversation (it's good for her even if she is a little slow to warm up).
