Seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver for my 90-year-old father in Salem, OR. He has cognitive impairment and needs steady, supportive care to ensure safety, comfort, and routine. This is a non-live-in role for Fridays and Saturdays, 8am-4 p.m. (16 hrs/week). Responsibilities include transportation to appointments and errands, simple meal preparation, hygiene reminders, light housekeeping, medication reminders (no medical administration), basic dog care, and consistent companionship. Experience with older adults and dementia is required. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, dependable transportation, and strong communication skills. Non-smoker preferred.
