About who needs care: Mary is a dear friend of mine. Her sons do not live nearby or see her very often. I was just diagnosed with an autoimmunity condition, so my ability to help her has suddenly become limited. She does have a few medical and mental health issues that impact her day to day, but she is independent for the most part. She has a care worker through the county who comes to help her 2x a week and I'm looking for someone who could supplement that with another 2 days a week. Primary areas of help needed: socializing, reviewing schedule and upcoming appointments and coordinating transportation, prepping/cooking meals, housecleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, going on short walks outside together. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
