About the job
We need a daily companion for our father/spouse who has Parkinsons in Portland. He is able to do a lot, but gets confused regularly. Preferences are for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, Spanish-speaker, and is interested in travel and nature. We are in search of someone Tues, Thurs, and Sat from 10am-1 p.m. and on M, W, F from 1-4 or 1-5 p.m. Responsibilities will include talking longish walks, taking him to the bathroom, cleaning up from possible accidents, doing light housekeeping, and working with him on his exercises.
