Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Oregon City

About who needs care: Mom has dialysis Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She needs help getting up in the mornings and getting breakfast and meds, then dressed to go to dialysis. Then getting her lunch and afternoon meds. She needs someone there when she returns from dialysis to get her settled and then to get her her dinner meds. And then between 8and at 9 p.m. to get her her bedtime meds and dressed and into bed. Sundays we only need morning coverage. About the care needs: The need their first language to be English. We have has issues with this in the past. They have to have reliable transportation and be on time. We will train them on Moms routine and how to easily and safely help her transfer to and from her wheel chair. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
