We are looking for a senior care provider with experience, patience, and a kind disposition. Our dad is committed to staying in his own home, and we are committed to making sure he is safe. He prefers a male helper and he will regale you with stories of his time as a CNA in the 90s, and plenty of other anecdotes. A sense of humor and a listening ear are a must. Main concerns are: Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Companionship. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. He has recently been diagnosed with cancer that has made using the bathroom more challenging. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. He loves to play chess and has a gorgeous singing voice. Must be okay with a ginormous, beloved cat. Thank you.
