Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Irrigon

I need a hands-on care provider with experience for female in my late 60's. I would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Someone who has training to assist in/with shampooing & bathing, personal hygiene. Additional responsibilities include some meal preparation periodically. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained able to assist some if I needed. Has there own transportation. A Light hearted, who enjoys there job of assisting me, so I can stay in my home as long as possible. I have a form of muscular dystrophy FSHMD, it is a progressive disease I use a walker to get around now. Doesn't mind that I need things in definite places to function well. Would like to do a meet & greet to see if we fit, personality wise and if you are ok with my wants so the time we spend together is enjoyable
