Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Eugene

I need a senior care provider with some medical training (CNA or PT) for a retired professor with MS. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Able to use a lift, do peri care and transfers is a must. Need someone who is experienced with wound care and knows how to handle minor cuts and scrapes, and when it is appropriate to go to urgent care. Some meal preparation, shopping, and transport to doctor's appointments as needed. Right now, she is asking for a 1-2hr wellness check in the afternoon. Preferably Fri/Sat/Sun, but the days of the week are flexible. Will coordinate with another caregiver. Preference given to those who live close by in the Whitaker. Must have a good sense of humor!
