Maybe take him to appointments sometimes. Prevent him from driving. Help him text people if he needs to, or find worthwhile websites on his phone. About the care needs: It'll be a matter of chemistry. Someone easy-going and possibly with knowledge about biology or some other academic subject. Know about good vs bad nutrition to help guide. He's thin, but needs protein and stuff. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
