About who needs care: Stroke July 2025, affected memory, stability, swallowing and speaking. Likes puzzles, word search, & coloring. Needs daily reminders for medication 3x day. Has speech/swallowing therapy exercises assigned for home. Needs meal prep. About the care needs: Someone that is happy and has patience. She is easy to get along with. Meal prep for small & bite size foods, per therapy instructions. Needs safety reminders for walker, keeping medical alert necklace on and medications. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
