About who needs care: Overall muscle weakness and standing stability, therefore requires help w/ transitions and most meal prep. AMD related vision problems. Type 2 diabetic Is currently able to manage all medications. About the care needs: Easy going with a sense of humor. Not able to do any of the interests/hobbies any longer due to recent stregth limitations and declining vision. Services needed include: mobility/tranisition assistance, basic meal prep., possibly some laundry and if possible some occasional light housing keeping.
