I need adult care provider. Transportation. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. I'm having a very small procedure on my eyelid with light sedation and not allowed to drive or Uber. I live in North Albany appt is in Corvallis and I won't know the exact time till the day before. Appt should be in the afternoon between 12-4. Appt itself will take an hour. Prefer non smoker. I do have pets but you won't need to do anything with them. Thank you.
