Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Oklahoma City

About who needs care: Congestive heart failure and a number of other osteo based conditions that effect her ablility to bear weight on her knees / spinal pain. She is mostly wheelchair bound but usually can stand and pivot from bed to chair to her commode. A recent fall has left her unable to get to the commode on her own and we need a diaper change mid-day or assistance to get to her commode. Ideal day is I come before work. We have assistance mid-day. My sister in law comes after work and assistance comes in evening to help get her to bed. Not sure this is possible though. Interests are reading, pc games, word searches, and puzzles. About the care needs: She can take criticism very badly and turn it in to defeatism. Encouragement works better with her than sternness. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
