About who needs care: Patient is an elderly male with parkinsons and dementia. He will need to be taken to the toilet to use the restroom in the morning (sometimes he takes an hour to finish), then he will need to be given a shower and dressed afterwards. He has a suprapubic catheter so that will need to be emptied out as well. About the care needs: Someone chipper. Patient does not talk but really perks up and will sometimes respond if someone really has his attention and is talking to him. Patient is 6 foot tall and weighs around 160ish pounds Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
