Help Father Live At Home As Long As Possible

About the job

We're seeking a caregiver for my elderly father, who is in his early 80s and on home hospice. He's mentally sharp but sometimes confused, physically weak, and a fall risk after past heart attacks and strokes. His wish is to remain at home. My brother stays overnight, and my niece handles most appointments and daily tasks. He enjoys going out for breakfast or early dinner when he feels up to it, and social time is important, though he needs significant help getting in and out of restaurants. He has a dog and two cats and is a smoker. We are looking for one or two additional caregivers for strong coverage and flexibility.
