Patient is very limited, inconsistent in her ability to stand, transfer from hospital bed to BSC. Will need assist each visit with bed bath, continence care, possible linen changes. Looking for a licensed STNA with references, someone who has lots of patience and a good sense of humor. I am assisting my dad in finding a paid caregiver to support him in caring for my mom & supplementing at home hospice. Mom is currently inpatient hospice & it is not clear yet if she will be discharged home or will be end of life care there. Trying to identify our options, thank you so much for considering. Can park at the house, public transit not available. Two cats, One short hair, one longer & fluffy. They will probably hide the whole time you're there.
