About who needs care: My grandmother is 97. 5 and has lived independently up until a recent heart-attack. She is primarily bed-bound now, but is getting out of bed (with full assistance) for her morning BM. We need an overnight caregiver to get her ready for bed (meds, external catheter change) and stay with her as well as someone in the late mornings to change external catheter, bedding and get her on and off the toilet (portable). About the care needs: A sense of humor is essential. My grandmother has a cat and still smokes. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
