Part-time Elderly Care Provider

Right now he is more bed ridden and needs help bathing a couple times a week and will need some help going to the restroom. The goal is to get his strength up so he can become more independent again. He mostly just watches tv. His care provider will need to know how to work a hoyer hoist to get him off of the bed and onto the portable toilet. My grandfather is around 6'1" and just under 300 pounds. Yes they do have parking and are close to public transport. They have a small beagle mix with a more timid personality.
