Cannot walk or get up on her own as of now. Typically takes meds around 9 a.m. Needs range of motion exercise/activity, particularly on her left side. She can talk and is very coherent About the care needs: A calming, kind and caring person would be ideal for her. Also ability/experience of transferring from chair to bedside commode or chair to wheelchair, she ways 155 Ibs. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
