About who needs care: The patient has severe wounds that needs dressing change multiple times a day due to saturation from healing. About the care needs: The person is very intellectual and have conversation just about anything. Like to keep as much independence as possible and would inform of any additional help/needs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
