About who needs care: Need overnight care (sleep in house) for 97-year-old father. Has daytime VA caregiver 44 hours/week (8am-3 p.m. Mon-Sat). Needs caregiver other hours. Needs food prep, meds, exercise, devotions, being read to, social interaction with caregiver. About the care needs: Christian willing to read scripture to retired 97-year-old retired pastor, chaplain, missionary. Someone willing to clean up mess when does not make it to bathroom in time. Someone willing to empty pee bag ( has catheter). Someone willing to read and talk to old man. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
