About who needs care: Is on oxygen, needs help bathing in the morning, needs assistance with the four breathing treatments he does every day, may need assistance with going to bathroom, also needs assistance with doing his vest used in breaking up anything down in his lungs, meals need to be provided for him, has beginnings of dementia/Alzheimer's About the care needs: He has dementia. Occasionally makes statements that don't make sense or refer to something way in the past. Needs someone who has a lot of patience and be hard skinned as he sometimes makes hurtful comments. Later he doesn't even remember what he has said. Spouse also needs assistance with cleaning, laundry & all meals Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
