Hands-on care provider for adult male in his 30s. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. Due to a spinal cord injury we seek to hire a caring person preferably w experience in occupational therapy, & or therapeutic stretching & experience in helping relax tight muscles, and keeping him loose and comfortable. Care provider must be able to follow techniques & instructions to help him increase mobility in his hands, arms, & shoulders to improve abilities w daily activities. Must have a Positive Attitude, Enthusiasm, & be Extremely Compassionate. His strength has improved since the accident & he is currently receiving PT & OT at URMC. He has a great attitude, a loving family in a safe neighborhood. Our schedule & hourly rate is very flexible. Most likely a few hours, 2 to 3 days a week. Position available immediately.
