90 years dementia, is non combative, easy to be with, enjoys companionship, word games, etc. Uses rolling walker and has unsteady gait. She is a fall risk, requires minimum assistance getting out of bed/chair; She gets up 2-3 times in the night to use the restroom, 2 or 3 a.m. and again early morning. She will need assistance getting out of bed to BR very close. Needs assist with shower, medication administration (prefilled pill box, twice daily) and transportation to grocery store and church, Doctors appointments, meals, and daily walks in good weather. And to her family's homes. Must have valid drivers license and own car. Experience with elder care and dementia preferred. Live in position includes: Private room in a peaceful home.
