About who needs care: My mom lives alone, she is recovery from wrist and hip surgery following a fall. Insurance cut her off from rehab two weeks before her care team recommended, so looking for someone who can assist with basic tasks like cooking and cleaning but also helping her get in and out of the shower etc. while she adjusts to being home. She does have a cat and will need some help with that too. Living situation is first floor apartment in a senior housing facility. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
