**THIS POSITION IS PARTIAL LTC PAY/PARTIAL MEDICAID so must be HHA/CNA certified AND Medicaid PPL enrolled or willing** HHA needed for our lovely 93 yr old mom in Stony Brook, LI. Must be Medicaid PPL enrolled or willing. You will work as a team with our 2 current HHA'S for: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Prep, Companionship, etc. This position will be 2 days per week with overnights (Sunday am through Tues am).
