About who needs care: Independent until broken shoulder, which has put her in rehab, PT, OT. Balance issues, unable to dress independently, etc. Help would be relatively short term. I would hope for no more than a month on a very flexible schedule. About the care needs: Independent until fall resulting in broken shoulder. Now, cannot dress, etc. alone, needs some help for basic care... cannot get out of bed alone yet, is in PT using hemi walker, wheelchair if tired from that... she can't do things that people would need both arms to be doing when they are 100 years old. She is fragile, friendly, broad range of interests, reads, paints, needlepoints. Someone kind and thoughtful is always a good fit. Don't expect the need for help for more than a month, but that is a guess. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
