I'm seeking a compassionate and reliable licensed nurse to provide skilled home health care for my father in Potsdam. He has been recovering from an extended hospitalization and is mostly non-ambulatory, using a wheelchair for mobility. He needs consistent, attentive support throughout the day and overnight to help maintain comfort, safety, and quality of life while he continues working on strength and recovery. Responsibilities include: G-tube care and feedings, tracheostomy care and pulmonary suctioning, administering and monitoring medications. Checking vitals and documenting changes. Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily movement. Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean care area. Coordinating medical and therapy appointments. Providing companionship and supervision while family at work.
