In need of hands-on care for my father in Pittsford who lives alone and is wheelchair-bound due to chronic health issues. He is currently recovering from acute medical issues and is in need of round-the-clock care to aid in his recovery process. Responsibilities: - Daily wound care - Toileting using Hoyer lift - Transfers between wheelchair to bed daily - Medication management - Bathing and dressing - Light housekeeping / cleaning - Weekly grocery pick up and meal preparation Qualifications: - Current medical license (RN, NP, LPN, DPT, EMT) - Independent BGC required - Experience providing wound care - Own vehicle and valid driver's license Open to hiring multiple people to cover 24/7 care needs. Live-in option NOT available. Short-term job (8-10 weeks) with potential to become long term with fewer daily hours.
