Seeking compassionate RN/LPN/LVNs to establish 24/7 Home Care Coverage (8-hour and 12-hour shifts) for comfort care for a 80-year-old. Start date is flexible but expected in the coming weeks. The successful candidate will be focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Primary duties include: 1. Medication Administration & management 2. Palliative/Comfort Care 3. Dementia Support 4. Medical Oversight: Continuous monitoring of vital signs and overall health following a recent (TIA) 5. ADLs & Mobility: Patient has Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and general weakness 6.
